About the ProgramMVP Performance Enhancement & Sports Acceleration is a sport specific personalized High Performance Training facility designed to help your athlete reach his or her optimal competitive potential. We develop power, explosion, speed, agility, functional strength, quickness and improve reaction time as well as improving one’s vertical jump. We make athletes Bigger, Faster and Stronger. Our methods include stability and core training, acceleration training, high speed treadmill training, Vertimax training, plyometric training, speed training, power training, explosion training, running training, resistance training, and Whole Body Vibration training. Our program implements individual functional training methods with a focus on fitness and sports performance. Functional protocols are used to evaluate the athlete's current condition and athletic performance levels, which direct us in the development of an age and fitness appropriate personalized training program. Age, experience and short to long term goals are also factored into the individual sport specific program. As the athlete progresses and matures, more intense training and specific methods are introduced. This is not a cookie-cutter program, as we tailor a program for each and every athlete who enters the program. In many situations our purpose is not to replace current strength and acceleration training programs but to enhance them. You should be getting results from your current programs, but so is your competitor. Give your athlete the unfair advantage by adding our program to your repertoire. Much of our protocol is cutting edge and unduplicated and that's what differentiates us from other programs. |
